It turned out the cost of our home was well beyond our budget, not Gary’s fault prices increased 30-40% due to COVID related issues, and we decided not to move forward on our project. However, I would highly recommend Wake construction for your northern Nevada project if you want an honest contractor that will go the extra mile for you!
