"I just hate their hours online it says their closed sat and Sunday but Saturday there are open at 10 am. All other banks are open on Saturday until 2 at least you can update your online days and time...."

"No idea what hours they are open- anytime. Online posted hours are not accurate or kept updated. Not to mention their holiday hours are. That’s always TBA when you get to the branch to read a sign they may paste on the window. Then I called all the area branches and the phone just rings. Not even a message letting callers know what their current hours are. Really?"

"I'm am terribly disappointed in the customer service... it was great when I was there, but later I realized my request to cash, deposit and withdraw was not done... now I must wait a day (may not seem long to some but for me it does) for a check from the same NSB to clear.... I'm so disappointed in the actions made to help make this issue which was not my fault but the tellers and nothing was solved... it didnt get cleared up. I now know not to frequent this location, the supervisor was no help either."

"I called this branch to ask a question today and got put on hold to talk to a banker. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. The customer service at this bank has been consistently bad in my experience. Calls not returned, no follow up and no end to the excuses. Once my loan is settled, I look forward to taking my business elsewhere."
