"We had a problem with how a seam turned out, and after seeing a comparison seam, in a different room (they did our whole house) we wanted that same look. I commend Joe, who was dedicated to get it right --who after several fixes later, ended up having the room redone. By the way, Joe can patch a carpet problem with surgical precision. I would have never believed it possible, but I saw him do it. I also was impressed with the installers Mike and Nick who are nice guys; experienced, happy, helpful in moving furniture, polite, professional, and they work together well. The two struggled and toiled to get the room redo right which was no small feat. They successfully pulled of 5! seams (as opposed to 1) with the carpet being set with a 90 degree turn so the seams lay in different locations and direction. This allowed the seams to not catch the light as much and not be in the middle of the room. Our carpet choice was particularly difficult as it is a wavy pattern and also very light in color.
