"I have been using Star cleaners everything we have been in Reno since 2010. After returning to Reno, I can day it is not the same asxit once was. I have been waiting almost a month for on3 button to be fixed on a suit jacket. No answer on the delay when I stop buy othervthan"I will check on it". No return phone call and cannot leave a message as voicemail bit is full. Very disappointing service and will go elsewhere. Also seems odd they het deliveries of clothes from Peerless."

"So unprofessional! I brought in a coat (worth around $300) to be cleaned so I could store it for the summer. I got it back with a piece of the hood missing and was told to come back in a week to pick up the missing attachment. I have since stopped by FIVE times in the last 4 weeks inquiring about this issue. I keep getting told to come back, and every time it is “come back again I didn’t look yet”. The amount of money I have spent on gas is insane. The 5th time, the clerk gave me a number to call. I have called it 3 times in the last 2 days, every time it goes to a voicemail box that is full so I can’t even leave a message! The entire reason I bought the coat was its beautiful fur accent, now it is ruined! I have not been compensated in anyway, and prepaid for the service so I can’t even refuse to pay them for that. This is insane. If it is truly lost, admit it and compensate me."

"Star Cleaners does an exceptional job on cleaning and laundry. The return items are always neatly placed on a hanger, items are covered wirg plastic cover, and the service is superb. Been going there for years, and have never had a complaint. Try them! You will like them!!!!"
