"I’ve been coming here for years because until today, I’ve always had a pleasant experience. But after how I was treated today over a “miscommunication” by the owner, I will find another store to take my business to from now on. Treat your customers with respect- you never know what other people are going through, it’s not that difficult."

"Shipped a package and requested a return label from the repair shop back to me. They mislabeled it and would not print out a new label with the correct return address saying that I verified that they screwed up so they would not reprint the label. I would not return here or use this UPS store at again. Essentially they use the excuse that I verified their mistake so that they could keep the money. Contacted them as requested and never heard back, so request was basically lip service. I am filing a formal complaint with UPS Corporate. Poor customer service and a not reputable establishment."

"The employee I spoke to was beyond kind. Her name was Emma, she seemed like a hard worker and a great student. She helped me so well when I had many questions. Her manners were the best I've seen in a young woman. She was excellent."

"I came to this location to send a package overseas. They told me they now offer USPS services and gave me the price of $125. For 3-5 days. The package took over a week to get there and was held in customs. I called USPS and the customer service representative helped me and also told me that they received $65 to send the package. She told me that UPS stores are greatly over charging customers for offering the USPS services and that customers should be warned!!!"

"This is an excellent UPS store and has so many services; shipping, copying, notary services, printing, shredding, faxing, etc. They go out of their way to provide quick, efficient service. Today Lisa found some cardboard to custom cut to help protect a fragile item I was shipping. 10 star service!!"
