I've even member since 2001 and in the past greater Nevada Cu used to generally care for their customers on a personal level trying hard to assist and make it easy for customers to navigate through the system. They used to go out of their way to ensure customers were taken care of. I used to recommend d GNCU to everyone I know, but these days GNCU is acting like Wells Fargo. I am thinking that it's time for a change."

"Had an ongoing issue with online banking. I called the number provided and went to this branch multiple times to figure out why I was being charged service fees every month. It took 5 months to resolve the issue. One of the branch managers was impossible to deal with, not to mention super rude."
