"I thought I was all checked in and I was sitting here for 30 minutes and everyone was called. They never told me to come back up to give them my id after I was done checking in. So thirty minutes of my life unnecessary wasted. Poor communication skills from staff. But overall pretty quick."
"The staff were all very professional and friendly and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The office was easy to find with plenty of parking. There was also a cool map of the Reno/Sparks area from 1921 in the waiting area which was interesting to see. Definitely would recommend for fingerprinting services."
