They answer your call quickly, they'll fill your scripts within 15 mins if you need it , but most of all their customer service is amazing and very friendly! "Called to see if they had a prescription I needed for a surgery I was having the next morning. I called them as the Walmart I go to had to order it. I spoke to a woman named Judith and she was incredibly rude and not helpful. She would not listen to what I was needing and so I had to ask for someone else. If you call and speak to a Judith, don't waste your time and ask to someone else."
"I called the night before to make sure they had the med I needed. They confirmed that they did and could have it ready in an hour. They did not have what they confirmed, despite having my personal information no one called me. Now I'm out and have no choice to take what they had because there isn't time to call other pharmacy's. This isn't like getting my sandwich order wrong. This has to do with my health, not being able to trust what they say makes them a liability not a resource. I won't be using them again. With a 2.9 approval rating no one should."
