"When my son and I played here, it was a perfect day! From the gracious service and attention, to the beauty of the course, our day was complete. We were paired with men who had played before, but were also in our handicap range. The clubs we rented were top brands, and I will play here again, when I visit the island. Don't forget to shop in the pro shop!"
"ABSOLUTELY loved this course. 17th. hole is something to witness. Greens and fairways were beautiful. Had a little difficulty reading the greens but figured it out a few holes in. Definitely a course to play."
"Love, Love, Love this course. How many places do you get to play golf and watch whales at the same time? Every hole is beautiful and pristine. The greens aren’t super fast, but in good condition without many bumps. People tend to play a little slower here because of the phenomenal views. The 16th and 17th holes are so beautiful they are a religious experience. We’ve also played Plantation, but prefer the Bay Course for the 16 and 17th holes. If you want a more challenging course, go with Plantation. Didn’t love the merch in the pro shop — wanted to buy a Kapalua golf shirt, but way too many pastels. The golf carts were very modern, which was great and easy to keep score. If you are on the Ka’anapali side of Maui, be sure to try this course."
"Playing golf at this course was a great experience. The course is beautiful and the service is excellent… And even while hitting balls on the driving range, a very friendly employee by the name of Carlos came over to say hello and offer some golfing tips. He was very helpful and offered great advice as a coach would help a team member. I appreciated his friendliness and instruction. And the course was immaculate and fun to play."
"I have stayed on the resort 5 times and this as the first chance I got to play the Bay Course with my now adult son. Had a morning tee off and we played it under 4.5 hours. We rented clubs and they were in excellent shape. The course was in excellent condition and we found the holes to be challenging but with lots of forgiveness. Need to judge the wind and uphill or downhill lies, play a few clubs more into the wind. Signature hole #17, par 3 over the ocean, was amazing. Beautiful course, $$$ , would play it again. Bucket list complete playing this course in Maui."
