I was also, for lack of better words, out of condition. But after talking with Pat, I felt welcomed and comfortable to attend the sessions. I started with hot yoga express, added Pilates, and finally attended the flexibility class. I love them all."
"I just started going here and have attended 4 classes in the course of less than 2 weeks. All I can say, is that it is awesome! I was looking for an alternative workout due to some injuries. It's a great low-impact workout, but very challenging! I already feel the difference. Pat is great and the facilities are very clean!"
"Really enjoying the hot yoga 26 poses, Bikram style at this studio. I am drenched and wrung out afterward. I feel fresh and relaxed, with plenty of energy for the rest of the day. Good space with shower and locker is provided free. I am not local anymore, here on business, so I pay the drop in fee about 25 including renting a mat. The studio is large enough and plenty room with 15 to 20 people per class. They have a flat military rate for unlimited classes per month so military folks come from Aiea and Wahiawa to this studio. They said they wish there was a lunch time class T/Th to avoid traffic. Matt is very kind and welcoming and encouraging for all body types. Come give it a try!"
"We are so blessed to have this hot yoga studio on the west side. Patricia and Mathias are amazing instructors and truly care about their customers. They are both very knowledgeable about yoga, nutrition and the body. The studio is clean, comfortable and full of great people. I tried the hot pilates class today and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this studio!"
