"Dr. Hessel refuses to see patients with a cough, even after multiple phone calls. My son has had a chronic cough for months now, and the last time I did a telemedicine visit via phone with Dr. Hessel hours later I had to rush my son to the emergency room! Emergency room doctor was very surprised that she had not offered to take a chest x-ray or even listen to his lungs after several months of my son not being able to breathe.
