They coordinated well with the various other contractors involved in the project, and kept things moving along without much of any downtime beyond that required by the laws of chemistry and physics for the curing of the concrete shell. They responded promptly and were patient with us considering the many, many questions we had as first-time pool owners. Lisa helped us sort through the bewildering number of options for tile and plaster, so that we could better understand what the completed project would look like. She kept us alert to the timeline needed for decisions from us so that the supplies arrived when they were needed. Travis kept the installation moving along on-site and followed up on small issues and details as they came up. He also answered a lot of practical questions about the day-to-day operation of the pool and equipment.
