"We have been struggling with this company for several years. They missed our weekly scheduled pool maintenance on many occasions resulting in our pool turning green. After several text messages about missed service, they would often show up, blame us, or the rain for the green pool and they would dump many chemicals in the pool. If they had serviced the pool on a weekly basis, they would not have needed the extra chemicals. When they did clean the pool, they would perform a sub-par service, leaving many areas dirty. On a couple occasions, we paid another company to clean the pool, as they refused to provide service. We additionally had a leak in our pool, they checked on the pool, stated that there was not a leak, but the water continued to drop substantially on a daily basis (i.e., one inch a day). The last straw occurred when the cleaner sent us a message about a family emergency, he stated he would be gone for one week which is understandable, but he showed up three weeks late. When he arrived, he refused to clean the pool, left and stated that he would no longer service our pool. Unfortunately, our time with Pool Service of the Pacific was very frustrating and a financial drain. We would not recommend them to anyone in the future."
