"I recommend doing the upper half of the loop and turning around before starting through the lower half. There's a lot of mosquitos and the best views are up on the ridgeline looking over the valley and not down in it. The tunnels are really cool!"

"This is a well worn and marked trail, though I did not make it to the falls as the direction to them was not clearly laid out. I chose the upper route twice as shown in both photos, but ended up at the picnic table lookout after about 90 mins. And turned around then as I had no clear idea what or how much trail lay ahead. Not a bad hike or place to go, just not what I expected. The trail is mostly medium, but well laid out with a few difficult, but short sections. Parking is on the roadside."

"Great trail tucked away besides a hunting grounds with a security gate. Parking is on the street. Started at 730 right after the sun came up and finished at 0900. Went on the upper trail first which led to the lower trail and completed a full loop. Or you can start on the lower trail and finish with the upper! Only one or few people on the trail when I started. Saw multiple toddlers on the trail, so I’d say it’s kid friendly!"

"Did the upper to lower trail loop. Started with the upper where you get some great panoramic views of the valley. Lower was very muddy and a bit more challenging than the upper, but being next to the flowing water was nice. Overall it was a great hike (8 year old and two 10 year olds did just fine). Definitely recommend good hiking shoes, especially for the lower."
