"Was a great financial institution years ago, however I went to the mainland for a few years and left my account dormant with $1000 in it. When I went to retrieve my money, Hawaii USA had charged me over $30 a month for a "returned mail" fee. Apparently instead of changing my address to the one they had been notified of, or contacting me via email or cell phone, they felt it was in their best interest to begin charging my account. I would never do business with them again due to this blatant theft."
