Upcountry Pool

"Lovely clean and user friendly, this pool is great for any age. I swim laps there and happy there is a separate pool for kids and families. Locker rooms are decent, and I use when swimming on lunch break, but since pandemic I wouldn't share the small space with others."

"This pool is fun. It's never crowded, it's a good depth for my son to play safely, and they offer swim classes for free all the time (very limited attendance though)."

"Pool facility is clean and well maintained. Music plays over a speaker system that livens the environment. Parking is limited but there is an overflow parking lot a little below the facility. Very impressed for a county run facility. There are actually 4 pools in total. One really shallow small for toddlers and a second ~3ft pool, a bit larger for young children. There are a few picnic tables where adults can sit and watch over the young ones. The two other pools are much larger and deeper. One is dedicated for adult swimmers swimming laps in lanes, and the other pool has about 1/3 opened for general swimming and relaxing. The remaining portion of that pool is laned for swimming laps. The general pool has a minimum depth of about 6.5' to 12' on the opposite end. I'm not sure on the dept of other lap pool as I haven't been in there. When I've been there seem to be two lifeguards on duty, one watching over the children pool and the other watching over the two larger pools."

"Busy with summer pals kids and it's staff but sections of the pool are still allowed for the public. 1 of the Best public pools on maui. They awesome."
