"I decided to do the Rolf 10 series with Sacha because of chronic jaw and hip pain, resulting in TMJ and regular injuries. I'm a serious runner and have a history of tendinitis, but I trained for my first ultramarathon injury-free while working with Sacha. I also stopped getting regular TMJ pain and tension headaches. Sacha both treated me on the table and gave me suggestions to take home off the table so that I could keep our work in mind while walking, standing, sleeping, etc. I know I'll be returning regularly to Sacha, even after the ten series, to maintain the progress I've gained since starting Rolf with her. If you're considering starting Rolf, I highly recommend reaching out to Sacha."

"I highly recommend Sacha Prescott at Fithline Rolfing. The 10 series with Sacha was just what my body needed. Each session was strong and intense but manageable, Sacha communicates well and seems very tuned in to the body. Throughout the series I notice my body is feeling more balanced and I am far less stiff. I can now sit in a semi lotus with no pain, I also notice that the pain in my hip is no longer there when I walk. Another benefit is that my ongoing low grade headaches have gone away. "My journey to finally feeling free from stiffness and pain happened when I completed the Rolfing 10 series with Sacha. Before my Rolfing Series, I had completed 30 hours of physical therapy, over 10 chiropractic treatments, and massages for about 8 months and was not making the progress I hoped for.
