I loved that we had plenty of time to reflect on our own, but also to connect with others in the group. "Jennie came into my life in 2019 via her book True Yoga, which I read with an online "yoga book club". Jennie joined us for one of the sessions via Zoom. "I have had the soul lifting experience of working with Jennie in individual therapy and group spirit sessions. The beautiful spiritual, physical and emotional changes that occurred in my life over a 4 moth period were an unexpected and delightful gift. I entered my time with Jennie to grow closer to the Divine.
