"POG’s place is the ultimate destination for peaceful relaxation and fun. My friend and I felt at home right away. We were welcomed with a basket full of delicious shortbread and chips & even a fresh plumeria on the coffee table. We enjoyed the decor including paintings by the owner. Watching sunsets from the lanai, which had a beautiful view of the ocean, was so special. The fact that towels, snorkel gear, beach bags etc. were included was a major plus. So generous and thoughtful. Incredible Punalu’u Beach, where we saw turtles and a whale breaching, was a short walk away. Of course, we saw the namesake of POG’s place himself- POG- and his gecko friends. They were adorable. We felt so rejuvenated after our time here. It definitely won’t be our last visit."
