Nyza is one of the best, as soon as you enter the gym he makes you feel like family. There is no ego in this gym he is very patient for the new students and makes sure you understand the moves, but also very technical for the more advanced students as well. I have my son going to the tumblers aswell and Nyza is super patient for the kids classes, he also integrates life lessons for the kids in being respectful and responsible. "One of the best instructors and trainers (of anything) I've come across. Very, very rarely will you find someone who is highly skilled, a world-class competitor AND can teach! Usually, it's those who can't do, teach. But Leandro Nyza can DO and he can TEACH. Super patient. Super detail oriented. Breaks things down to understandable chunks. Can go, in the same class, from teaching a brand new student to black belt student and both will benefit immensely. One of the best things about Nyza's teaching approach (honed over years and years) is that he doesn't OVER teach. When techniques become complicated he knows how when to push and when to step back on performance expectations. That's a serious skill. If you have kids he's equally patient, positive, and effective. I've seen him with 5 year olds patiently explaining the basics with as much enthusiasm as his first day as an instructor. He also insists you call him Nyza and avoids the honorifics some instructors require although he could easily claim and expect them. Can't recommend him and his school enough."
