"I am not sure who is at fault between my son's school and the company, my son has been missiing school. Yesterday my son said the bus driver yelled at the students and said no entry for expired passes..I've made several calls to the school and it was supposedly handled."

"My son is a special needs student that rides the bus to and from school. This morning i recieved a call at 5:30 letting me know the bus would be late. They're usual p/u time is 7am and today would be 730-8am. I recieve a second call asking if my son is goong to school today because the bus is outside. We go downstairs and no bus. 15 minutes later they pass our street.(we have a total of 4 kids who ride this bus from our street alone) ends up being a new driver and aide....better training is definitely needed! Also if the women in the office cant at least pretend to sound as if they love working there, have someone else hadle phone calls or switch to an automated service."

"My daughter whose in middle school. The school release them at 1:45pm EVERY WEDNESDAY today it’s almost 3:00pm and my daughter is not home cuz they are still waiting for the school bus they keep saying that they pick up the elementary students first and after that the they gonna pick up the middle school. We are paying $70 bucks every quarter and this is the service that my daughter receive ITS NOT FAIR the kids is waiting almost 1 hour. You need to do something about it and improve your quality of service cuz we’re ALWAYS PAYING ON TIME. So do your part BE ON TIME."
