"Wow I had an INCREDIBLE experience here. I brought my computer in late on a Friday after an hour with Apple Support did nothing. It was hardware issues. They were very friendly and helpful. By Monday they told me they had diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and were hoping they'd be here by Wednesday. Well, I had my computer in my hands by Thursday! It was not only working, but they had managed to get Apple to pay for everything - brand new display, keyboard, trackpad, battery, and speakers! The whole thing only cost me $95 for the diagnostic fee. The communication was superb and very professional. They saved me and I'd go back here in a heartbeat. Very lucky we have them on Kauai!
