"Carry Ann in the front office is extremely rude and has a terrible follow up. I’ve called to get in touch with my Doctor numerous times. I have questions as I am covid positive and high risk and need to follow up with my Dr as the ER discharge paperwork states. I’ve tried for 3 days and she says she “thinks “ she sent the message . She seems unaware of how to properly do her job. She seems to need you to repeat things often and even then she is clueless!!! Unprofessional!!"

"I have been impressed with every visit so far. I made a call when I found out I was pregnant to schedule my first appointment. They were very accommodating and very polite on the phone. When my husband and I arrived for our first appointment we were impressed with the front desk staff as well as the medical assistants. The MA, Melia, that took my history and vitals was AWESOME. Dr. Emilie Stickley has been my doctor each visit, she is very informative and has great bed side manner. I didn't feel rushed at all when asking her questions. I think overall Pali Women's Health Center deserves an A+. I've had a good experience with every person I've encountered there."
