"Very comfortable unit with stunning ocean view. The unit was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Would stay here again. The only downside was loss of wifi and cable tv about 30 hours prior to check-out."

"This rental is quite amazing, like living in paradise nestled in the hills of a old coffee plantation. We woke up to breathtaking vistas, with verdant greenery stretching as far as the eye can see. With avocados, papaya, bananas, limes and lemons to enjoy. It's only 15 minutes up the volcano from kona bustling with shops, restaurants, beaches and resorts. We will remeber every moment on the spacious lanai, where we enjoyed our meals and sunsets paint the sky every evening, transforming it into a mesmerizing spectacle. All the rooms are comfortable, clean and large. The friendly staff will go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. They'll share local secrets and hidden gems, guiding you to the island's best spots, making your stay truly unforgettable."

"Unfortunately our stay was not tranquil. Very nice place with many nice features. As advertised it could be tranquil. The lanai is very nicely done, and the separate king bedroom is also very nice. The kitchen is very functional and other than a couple of things that have issues, it was very nice. If you plan to arrive after sunset, bring a flash light because no indoor or outdoor lights are on, so actually getting into the house is difficult. Our stay was really more like a 2 star because of a major feral pig issue at the home. Starting on the second night feral pigs invaded the property and were fighting and digging up the front and back of the property. They are very loud when they fight. The second last night a group of folks with dogs came in and after around 2am things settled down some what. The dogs in the neighborhood still barked at all hours (we were told the dogs were barking because of the pigs). If that issue is resolved, and the dogs also settle down, then the setting would be lovely. So we gave it a 4 star rating even though our stay was a 2 star struggle. Perhaps most disappointing is that no one at VACASA has reached out to us, despite our concerns and concerns."

"View is awesome. Comfortable, clean, nice remodel. Lacking essentials such as : beach chairs, broom and dust pan, spices. Also, very few dishes and silverware so you need to wash dishes often."

"We loved staying in this beautiful and clean villa. The place was nicely furnished and the well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. The wi-fi was also great quality for us to work remotely when needed. We also appreciated being within a 5m walk to the petroglyphs and a multitude of dining and shopping options at queen's marketplace and king's place. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the big island! Shout out to the friendly staff as well who checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
