"If I could give a zero star I would. Condo I Rental had such a foul odor of chemicals that I had an asthma attack manager said - you should be happy it’s clean - Horrible customer service . I had to call back twice to even speak to a manager and then I felt he was very flippant and unprofessional . I’ve heard no solution center tell me I could stay somewhere else if I chose to without any refund. I simply asked if he could have someone come and re-clean the room , to do something to lessen the smell . I’ve had the windows all open for over an hour and it still smells horrible . I will not be able to sleep in this room without having another asthma attack - this manager said “it’s your choice “ no help was offered , definitely no compassion or kindness was provided ! Nani Kai itself is in a good location —- just DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BELLO REALTY"

"The Bello properties are fine. I have stayed at two of them. I'm not a big fan of Jason Bello. He had one job to do - get our party into our 4 bedroom penthouse after midnight - and he failed. Mistakes happen. I get that. But Jason first tried to blame the problem on resort security and then he tried to blame it on us. A genuine apology and acceptance of responsibility would have gone a long way. Instead, Jason just ended the conversation. I hope Jason can set a better example for his staff in the future. Spending $2,000 a night is a big outlay for me. It would have been nice to receive a service commensurate with that price."
"Worst customer service and correspondence of ANY company I've ever had to deal with, EVER! I had to email them to ask for entrance info to condo day before my trip, as I still hadn't received it. When I arrived at unit and punched in code on key pad they sent me... I was startled to find somebody in there who had jumped up in surprise as well. They showed me there itinerary which confirms they were there correctly, as were we, as I showed the couple my email, and expressed apologies. The other couple obviously startled too but said they gad been trying to get a hold of Bello for days (unsuccessfully), regarding roaches and traps in condo. After a few attempts, Bello did answer and I was told I was sent incorrect information and gave me another unit number and code. I asked them to email my new info to me, so I would have it, that never happened. I emailed them twice over next couple days to let them know how bad that situation was and could have been potentially dangerous. I wanted to make sure they were going to take extra steps to ENSURE THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE again. I also let them know how my friend (we were there celebrating her 55th Birthday), was so uneasy for rest of trip, fearing someone else could mistakenly walk in to our unit at anytime, likewise she didn't feel comfortable leaving our belongings either, for same reason. I asked what Bello was going to do to make this right with us and others. AFTER NOT RECEIVING AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO EITHER EMAILS, I CALLED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! The last day of trip I emailed AND called to inquire about late check out, and yup you guessed it.. NO REPLY. I will NEVER use them again, which is unfortunate as I like to use local companies, but it isn't worth it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and use VRBO or something else."
"My partner and I have been traveling to Hawaii for over 35 years. We normally go to Maui 2-3 times per year and have used other realtors to make our lodging accommodations with diminishing satisfaction. Last year we discovered Bello Realty and we couldn't be more pleased. Pam and her staff have proven to be extremely reliable and professional. Bello Realty has a large selection of holiday rental units to choose from and all are reasonably priced. And in the event there are any problems (which actually are rare), they respond quickly and satisfactorily. We cannot recommend Bello Realty highly enough to handle your lodging needs on the island of Maui. Bello Realty no ka oi!"
