"This is a wonderful area to stay. We love unit 208. The unit is centrally located to the islands activities and we love walking to the Ocean Center for stores and dining. Access to Sugar Beach is a short walk and the area is so quiet with free parking."

"It's a sad property from the moment you pull into the parking lot (very unkept looking). Rented Unit 405 through Sunny Maui Vacations - I'm sure other individual units are nicer. 405 is in need of an update and a thorough cleaning. It was surface level clean, but not deep clean (build up of grime on kitchen cupboards, etc). We couldn't bring ourselves to sit on the couches (they looked filthy) so we turned around and left. There are lots of other (better) options for condo complexes in Maui."

"Had an Airbnb here for the week. Very quiet location with beautiful views. The grounds keepers are friendly and can offer a ton of local information. We enjoyed the hot tub and using the BBQs for dinner."

"Clean, well laid out, accessible to everything we wanted to go to. We knew in advance they provided a starter kit of necessities so we went to Walmart beforehand.. Breakfast on our deck was wonderful each day. Would come back."

"Stayed here for a week and a half and enjoyed it. It is the windy area however it was worth it. Amazing how many sea turtles were there every afternoon. Was a great jumping off point to all attractions."
