"Nice location. The bad: The beach across the road did not have clear water. It was murky and brown, probably from the storm that hit a week before we showed up. The condo itself was very dated, could use a really good cleaning, and some repairs. The couch was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on, it’s hide-a-bed was less comfortable than the floor, and got covered with a sheet as it didn’t look clean enough to sit on. No BBQ, only one bedroom and the living room had AC. The good: The price was good, the beds were comfortable, and the showers both worked. The staff looking after the property were great to deal with, and when the air mattresses were found to have holes in them they were on it and had them replaced in no time at all. There’s a hose alongside the building in the parking lot, hidden between the bushes. Great for cleaning off the sand before heading up into the condo. There were two complimentary boogie boards alongside the balcony as well as some beach chairs. I probably won’t stay here again, mostly because the lack of a bbq. Cooking on the stove and oven creates a lot of heat in the condo before bed."
