"Owners are on the board and work closely with the HOA. The result, a well maintained community that caters to both owners/renters with short term rentals. Its a model community that other condominiums should follow. Property manager and staff are on top of things."
"We had a beautiful stay here. The condo we had was excellent and had a nice view. The landscaping is beautiful and the management was friendly. Like many others have said, some of the local residents who live here can be very unkind. We had a few residents yell at us after my toddler tripped and fell. We had one resident come out of her apartment to yell at us, called us “vacationers,” and slammed her door. I wouldn’t recommend this location for families or anyone who makes noise at all. Most residents leave their doors and windows open to keep their condo cool. As a result, you feel like you can’t make a peep or someone will yell at you. If you’re quiet, it’s no problem! If you have kids, I wouldn’t recommend it."
"I can’t speak for all condos at this location but we stayed at A-15 (booked on vrbo) and it was lovely. You’ll find everything you need there, from coffee to ironing board and also beach gear (chairs, umbrella, body surfing board) The place was clean and it has a nice balcony with an ocean view. The AC does it’s job and the ceiling fans both in the bedroom and living room certainly help. There’s a 15 min walk to Napili Bay beach and The gazebo / Sea house restaurants. Napili market is a 3 minute drive"
"If you are reading this review, you are most likely considering renting a unit at this condominium through Airbnb or Vrbo. If so, there are some things to consider. This condo is located in a residential street. There is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, but know that this beach is small and very busy. There are couple of food options within a walking distance as well, but since there is no sidewalk and the road is curvy, it is dangerous, especially at night. You will need a car rental. The units are all different inside due to different owners. The condo itself is older, however, our unit J1 was contemporary and satisfying. The maintenance is really keeping this place clean and neat and walking around you would think that you are walking in a botanical garden. There is a roster that wakes up at 3 am sharp. There are lot of them on the island, so don’t be surprised to see them wandering about. We didn’t have issues with locals like others did, however, we waived to someone passing by and they didn’t give care at all. It’s okay, it seems that Maui locals, tourists and business owner are not in sync on some things. I’ll just leave it at that. Therefore, in summary, with a car rental, you will have flexibility of visiting other locations on the island. I snapped some pics."
"While the unit I rented was lovely, some of the permanent residents are far from that. There is a very strong dislike for non permanent residents and we were blamed for many things that we did not do. The area is the most beautiful around, the facilities were very good and as stated, our unit was lovely. An absolute 5 star rating if not for the few residents who would only glare at us, complain loudly in our presence of 'pathetic Airbnb-ers' and measure our parking."
