Kapalua Bay Villas

"I owned a unit there for almost 4 years. I liked it a lot but the costs of ownership were substantial. I managed to break even by renting my unit out. I sold at a nice profit and got out. I still think of the place very fondly. It’s a great location but you get a little more wind than farther south, that never bothered me though."

"My wife and I stayed in 26G2, which we thought was the best villa as close as we can find to the water but with enough privacy against tourists walking by. The villa was beyond beautiful, 2 min walk to private beach and gated pool. The views of the ocean are indescribable. We will be coming back to the same villa in the near future. Such an incredible stay."

"We stayed here for our elopement to be closer to the location where we were going to get married. It was the perfect place to stay nestled right in Kapalua. It was very secluded, romantic and private. We were blown away by how well maintained, well kept, spacious and elegant this place was. We loved the added features of having a code to get through the gates to get into the villas and the contactless check-in/out process. The check-in/out process was easy to follow and straight forward. The view from our villas was breathtaking. We got to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our stay here through the many windows in our room. The only caveat is that there is a minimum stay of 2 night at this villa. You can’t just rent it out for a day, but it’s so worth it! I’ve been recommending this villas to all my family and friends. The price tag is worth it! 10/10 definitely recommend! We’ll be back soon."

"This is the epitome of class and elegance. I have been to a LOT of top end places in my travels but this area exceeded any of my expectations and set a new standard for casual opulence if that is such a thing. Private beaches, laid back elegance, and quality are just a few adjectives I can come up with at the moment. Make sure to use the little red store to get hot lunches and early dinners as well as drinks and snacks for you condo. More than reasonable prices."
