"Absolutely horrendous experience. We rented a 3 bedroom unit and would receive "warnings" for a shoe rack being on wrong side of the door or a rug hanging over railing while we were cleaning. The management discriminated against us and would send us security officer to knock on door at 9:56 pm to tell us we are talking too loud! We are med students and happen to do homework in living room. There is NO privacy, you can hear everything which happens. The sound amplifies throughout the entire building, people walk all night by your windows and there have been a lot of theft ( we had all of our bike locks cut with saws and bull cuters, and our helmet stolen from a motorcycle as well as gloves). The manager of building would not cooperate to have us find a parking stall for the 3rd car ( there are three people in a unit with only 2 stalls given). NO street parking at all. The guest parking rules are very strict and you have to come down at 10pm to get a permit to park in a guest stall. If your significant other or friends visits you "too often", the manager writes him down as a "resident" ( completely ridiculous!) and they may no longer park at the guest stall. SO MANY RULES and it was an absolute hell to live here. DO not rent."
