The Ridge at Launani Valley

"I've lived here one week and the cleaners broke my front window, so my house smells of mildew, which is sickening to live in. I Ordered a dehumidifier to help clean up the air and that was stolen from my door. Maintenance team is nice tho. Half a year here and one of the maintenance men stole my laptop during a repair. The pipes create this incredibly foul smell and the humidity is a nightmare. If you are looking to rent ITS NOT WORTH IT"

"Great place for a family. Its about 30 min from everything like the city and north shore. It's safe, people are always walking, the grounds are always getting taken care of. The only neg is ( idk if all apartments have them) I cant get rid of crazy ants. Their tiny and the cleaner I am the more come out. But atleast it's not roaches!"

"A comfortable place to live as long as you don’t want a view, as you’re dug into the valley. But that location helps it stay relatively cool. All the apartments here are the same so if you’re looking for a place, once you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all, only minor cosmetic differences like wall color and door style. There’s a lot of wild chickens and cats but the neighborhood is safe and out of the way from the main suburbs."
