"Fantastic beach vacation house! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous vacation. Comfortable beds and a nice back patio with easy access to pool. Great location in Ko Olina. Would absolutely recommend this rental to a friend!"

"We stayed at 92-1051 Koio Dr. for about four and a half months. The location and grounds at Ko Olina are beautiful. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same about our experience dealing with the owner/property manager at Ko Olina Villa Rentals - Lanihonua Villa. From the moment we stepped in the condo, the unit was left filthy for our arrival. The landlords charge $300 cleaning fee, but they obviously did not use any of that money from us or the previous tenant to actually clean the unit. The floor left out feet black within minutes of walking around. The fully furnished unit with appliances and all was mostly items that should have been tossed in the garbage a long time ago. If someone is spending $5000+ per month on a small two bedroom rental, you think they’d have the decency to clean and organize the place. We have plenty of pictures to prove it, but we’ll leave it at that. Also, in the duration of time we stayed at the unit, they were not able to get the appliances fixed, all of which were partially or fully broken. Particularly the washer and dryer. They sent repair people who came and did nothing except look at the appliance. After 4 plus months, no results to fix anything. The landlord would just tell us that getting fixes done in Hawaii is a lot different then getting fixes done in the mainland - i.e., I don’t feel like fixing it. I think there are plenty of other beautiful units to choose from in Ko Olina if you are looking for an extended stay type vacation. Dealing with this landlord will make for an ongoing headache. P.S. - God forbid you forget the GEM golf cart outside, be prepared for some 5am text messages."

"Beyond Fabulous! This property far exceeded our expectations and Betsy was super accommodating, responsive, and made our experience absolutely perfect in every way! We stayed with 3 kiddos and everyone had more than enough space! Kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped (lots of towels and dishes etc), Central air conditioning worked perfectly, and super clean! Fantastic upscale location on golf course and a couple short blocks to the Ocean and 4 amazing lagoons, which we visited daily. I didn't think we would use the golf cart much, but it was super handy, so we did daily! So easy to hop on and drive to Lagoons or the little shops right by us (pizza, ice cream shops, grocery store, shopping etc). Having three bedrooms (and one that sleeps 4 kids!) and 3 bathrooms, and washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient! Previous stays we were at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and this was FAR better! It's cleaner, newer, and gave us way more space and privacy! Plus the beach is waaay less crowded than Waikiki! Saltwater pool was gorgeous and never busy! Beautiful Master suite with private bath. Separate upper level bedroom and bathroom is distanced from upper level master, so the extra privacy was great! Patio grill was great, and used often! Main level bedroom was nice and had a bathroom that is not private, so others on the main level could use it as well. About a 20 minute drive to Waikiki, but most activities (hanauma Bay, Pearl Harbor, Parasailing etc) do have shuttle options from Disney and Four Seasons, which is like a block away via golf cart! Beach Lagoons have wave breakers, so the beach is super safe and calm for kids! My 12 year old spent hours trying to catch a little fish in a sand bucket (which was also provided with the unit!!) Communication from the owner was super prompt and she is so kind and always willing to help with whatever you need! She provides her cell to text questions, and was super responsive! She was super accommodating and really made our experience seemless! This was really competitively priced considering the location, extras, and amount of space! I would give this ten stars if I could, as they really went above and beyond to make our stay great! Outstanding experience all around and I will absolutely be staying here on every future visit! "BEST HAWAII VACATION EVER!!! Our Lanihonua villa had absolutely everything for our perfect stay. The four of us could go everywhere in Ko Olina in the fun golf cart including the beach. Our grandsons loved going to the lagoons to visit the sea turtles--they even named them! Bicycles with helmets were provided too as well as lots of beach toys and games. We used the barbecue on the patio several times, and were pleased to find the seasonings we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. Nice pool, great beds, quiet location. So easy to set up the rental with owners--we're going again next year. Loved it!"

"We just stayed at the Villa for 10 days with 3 kids & 4 adults. We were very comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us, the Villa was clean and we'll appointed. There are televisions in every bedroom, in case you need to use the TV to go to sleep (like me)! The pool was very pretty with a waterfall and lava rock surround. The entire surrounding area was very clean, felt very safe and was very quiet & relaxing. Thanks for a lovely trip."
