"I’ll rate this place 0 if I could. Moving out: Do no rent here because their office is rude and practices illegal activity. During the process of eviction we weren’t given a days notice or even 45 days(which is legal right) to move out. An office lady was very rude threatening an arrest to scare us out. This office lady continues to use personal scare tactics to kick us out. We eventually agreed that we’ll sleep out and grab our things in a span of 15 days. On the day we officially were to sleep out we tried to just grab our things so we wouldn’t need to come back but because she wasn’t in we weren’t able to schedule anything. The next day we schedule a pick up day to find things damaged or in trash bags like they were tossed in. My dressers were rummaged through and bags were either missing or emptied. $300 dollars worth of either makeup supplies with random items like bags or hats. Even more random items missing. They moved and crack a tv worth $500. My bed stripped to its sheets so I am missing my comforter as well. Food missing from our icebox. And Hawaii already is expensive I wasn’t leaving food that would’ve helped through this tough experience. They rummaged through my clothes which has personal items, very violating. I noticed some expensive items missing its cases that keeps it from damaging. While searching through the trash bags that they just dumped things into. Very disgusting that their hands was on my personal items. I noticed no care was made like it was garbage. Left bottles open to spill over books, clothes, and etc ruining what’s in the bag. Terrible experience. I had all my things organized on high priority to low. Which made the move out experience even harder, since we only could’ve grabbed our things in one meeting. Living experience: Living here was awful. The part of the villas that I lived in had arguing neighbors, EMS all times of day and night, children loitering or even damaging cars. I was a downstairs neighbor and had an upstairs neighbor throw/dumb garbage out of their balcony into the bushes in front of one of the bedroom windows/ living room window. The same neighbor wouldn’t control their kid when they would yell/moan at us from their window. Also same neighbors would let their kids run along the bushes in front of our windows screaming/ use sticks to chase animals. I don’t want to sound like I’m nit picking but personally I wouldn’t want kids so close to my window where they can see in. Moving along to the house itself. There was always a bug problem either it was gnats, spiders, or centipedes. The pipes were always clogging. So eventually when we had workers come in to fix they left the floor with a noticeable lump in the floor and a patch of paint also noticeable ripped off of the wall. The people in the office were always rude. For example, I came in to get a pass for my car but was met with a very rude office lady that continuously gave me attitude and treated me like I was dumb. Their amenities like the gym is really bad. They claimed to have remodeled the gym around summer time but to my surprise nothing changed. The gym was actually filled with more broken equipment. Note: when they say their “remodeling” it a bluff. Living here was an awful experience so don’t waste your time here with these people that only care about your money and not actually of your comfortability. Any chance they get they’ll fee you. Pictures: The broken tv, the bugs that invaded the apartment for a period of time, and my missing bag (with a missing matching hat)."
"This place is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Just got evicted and the maintenance or whoever was responsible for putting mine, my girlfriend, and my mothers stuff in the living room did a terrible job. Firstly they broke a very expensive TV that my mother spent back breaking money on. Second they either stole or threw away food from our fridge, items around the house like a vase I got for my girlfriend on valentines. Pillows, comforters, all gone with no explanation. That should not be legal at all and if it is they clearly have no sympathy for a struggling family. The chargers too are so unnecessary and seems like a money hungry selfish people. I would give negative stars if I could. The only decent thing is the nice cats around that you’ll get in trouble if you feed. Don’t come here at all it’s not worth it, you’re better off living somewhere far away from here. Seems cool at first but soon you’ll regret it, and I swear on that."
"IF YOU ARE MILITARY STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!! Yes, it’s convenient driving to Schofield but save yourself from the rude employees and terrible experience. I only stayed here for about four months and thank god we came up on orders! No one in the office knows anything about how to run a property. I had an incident with my mailbox key that I brought up during my move in stating that it was loose. A couple weeks into living there my mail key finally got stuck and was not coming out. I called the office and the woman (name starts with a J and rhymes with we) who was not trained correctly kept saying “it’s the post office that needs to be contacted, we’re not in charge of mail box keys”. Mind you, since these boxes are on their property, THEY are responsible for fixing it since it is on their property. I understand Hawaii has a cockroach issue but man, this apartment was ridiculous. I am a clean freak and never leave any dishes or trash over night. They offer “free” pest control on Wednesdays but it absolutely does not work. I don’t even know why they still hire the same company. If you have dogs who are super anxious, that’s more reasons to not stay here! This area sets off loud fireworks every weekend. Fast forward to moving out, I was visited for a pre inspection with Jasmine. She told me drip pans looked brand new, no need in replacing them. She also said I did not need an enzyme treatment for my carpets since there was no smell of urine from my pets. I get my invoice 2 weeks later stating I was charged with drip pans, carpet shampoo/enzyme treatment AND a cleaning fee. I definitely cleaned that place like how I got it. I was also charged with strip and wax when I left no damages. The place already had wear and tears that existed. But they love to target military people and take their money. They’ll tell you that you won’t get charged for this and that but it’s a bunch of bull. This complex states “luxury apartments” as a false advertisement, but it’s absolutely outdated with outdated interior designs. Nothing is modern in these apartments. The gym sucks too, all the equipment is broken or at the verge of breaking. The volleyball court available is a huge cat litter."
"Do not rent here. They will charge you for carpet that is already old and if you are military, please stay away. The gym is not worth it because the equipment's are old. The pool is dirty. They will charge a huge amount even after a thorough deep clean. It's not worth it!!!!! When we moved in it was not really clean. The balcony we had to clean. The bathtub tile and tub itself was not clean. Ask for receipt for carpets they can't give you receipt for the move out charges."
"Unfortunate experience in looking at potential rentals. The online system will let you schedule an appointment. However, signage on the doors is not as clear in instructions for when you arrive. Staff communications could use some customer care. From my initial appointment, i choose not to go with this apartment complex as the cost for their 1 bedroom is above my budget. Since that original day. I received a text message from a staff member inquiring about my apartment search was going. Highlighting a 2 bedroom apartment that i was never interested in. I reminded the staff member the aprtment size and cost i was looking for and they apologized, and texted that they would update the notes. Exactly 1 week later, i get another text inquiring about how my apartment search is going and that they have 2-3 bedrooms available. Again, irrelevant to what i am looking for, and no basic customer care as to who they are talking to. Im assuming notes were never updated for their cold sales contacts. I have now requested to remove my contact number from their list."
