"It's an older, four story, 64 unit, cement block building, with an elevator and a small pool. Each unit only has one parking stall and there is no guest parking. Guests have to park on the street. It's located in the middle of town and near everything. Fifty six units are two bedroom/bath & a half. There are 8 three bedroom/two bath units. There's street noise on one side of the building and a bit of airport noise on the other side. The manager is diligent and keeps the place in as good a shape as can be done, and he is a bit extreme about enforcement of rules."

"I have lived here since 2013 and like all of my neighbors. The manager is doing a great job, he keeps the pool area and grounds beautifully. There have been no problems."

"Living there since 2005 No problems with other tenants ! There's 16 units per floor, there's 4 floors. And only 1 rental management, Its not his Job to take care of rental agreements it's a office in Lihue, hie job is maintenance and ground keeper, rentals is a different department. Just to keep you updated with Lihue Townhouse residents."

"I have no idea how the manager keeps his job. He doesnt do anything at all. He told us our application was complete and was expected to move in on April 1st. Well the guy lied had to chase him down because he's never at the office and never returns phone calls. When we finally caught him at the office he told us we couldnt move in. wasted a month in a hotel waiting on this guy. He is a Joke"
