"I found this little gem after canceling a reservation at another U-Haul location due to the fact that the GM was a complete DB. At first I was confused because of the name of the shop, but Bobby went above and beyond with his customer service. When I went into the shop, he was the only one there, but he gave attention to all three of us customers that were waiting in line. The process was fast and easy and even though there were two other customers before me, I was out the door with the truck within 20 minutes…and I got there as it opened. I will be telling others to come to this location for not only their moving needs, but for the other items that this location offers. I wish the best for Bobby and this shop."
