"Phone number is no longer good. Recently changed personnel and service are not as good as they were. Prices are decent but are slowly increasing. Geared more towards vapes and alternative tobacco users than cigarette smokers. The guy who is frequently there in the mornings is very abrupt and borderline rude. A smile, at the very least would be nice. Used to give you a lighter when buying a carton, now nothing. It would be nice if they would open on time. Virtually never on time opening. Supposed to open at 8 AM, it's now 8:45 and they are just opening. The new management is pathetic, rude and has no concept of customer service."
