"I've been a longtime customer and dont normally like to review places in an unsatisfactory manner, but I felt it was important to share my shopping experiences at Creations by You. I really like their products and inventory, but the staff/owners/operators of this business are pretty rude (as their Yelp reviews clearly illustrate, this is def a theme.) At times, while shopping in the store I've felt like not only was I bothering the sales people by asking for help/ring up, but that I was intruding on a social club of some sort by being made to wait at the register while very long personal conversations are held, with no acknowledgment during or after the fact. I like to try to support local businesses and keep my money here in Hawaii if I can, but after the experiences I've had with their sales folk, both in-store and over the phone I'm sadly going to have to begin ordering the things I need online, for a better price, with better customer service and less hassle/negative interaction. It's a shame, but life's too short to be made to feel like a business is doing YOU a favor by allowing you to purchase their goods."
