"Why would they take 30 minute lunch every day. This is ridiculous right in the middle of the day closed 1:30-2 cmon you have enough employees to stagger lunch and if it’s the pharmacist that needs the break we still can pick up our prescriptions"

"Waited for over an hour to find out they didn't have my prescription in stock after getting told twice that they would call when it was ready. It took me asking a third time to find out they didn't have it and would have had to wait even longer if I didn't ask. It wasn't even busy, they just weren't paying attention."

"They are so rude at the pharmacy! Being busy isn’t an excuse for being rude. I have an infant and hate that this is the closest pharmacy to walk to. I’ve never left a bad review for anything, but I always have a terrible experience here."

"I may be bias cause I live in the area now. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The stock clerks would stop what they are doing to help you. I've been to other Longs and the cashiers don't smile or greet you. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that there are a lot of missing items on the shelf, and mostly it's the vendors."

"Usually pretty busy b/c of its location in Kahala Mall but staff is friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is usually very fast filling prescriptions. I especially like Long's Pharmacy's refill service, where they automatically refill my prescribed medications, without needing me to remember to call it in when I'm running low. This serves two purposes: obviously it helps to ensure I don't run out of anything by automatically processing refills almost a week before I'd run out but it also forces me to recognize if I start forgetting doses; a few times the text from Long's has come in notifying me my refill was ready for pick up when I still had more than 2 weeks worth of pills left. Whoops. Anyway, terrific service and I always opt in for it whenever I get anything with refills."
