"Avoid this store at all costs, the sales staff will say whatever they can to get you into a contract, but When the first bill hits is when their broken promises appear. I have held off on writing this review for just over 2 months as I wanted to give the store a chance to fix the situation. After 12 in person visits since January 3rd, I am still being overcharged by $40 a month. Kelly was the employee that assisted me, who I believe is the manager. I brought a working iPhone in for exchange during the Black Friday promotion to receive a $1000 credit towards my new phone. This is supposed to be applied as a monthly credit to offset the monthly charge. I paid for the remainder so the bill would be limited to monthly charges only. I brought the phone in person along with a friend because of all the horror stories about the trade in not being received and the credit never being applied, I guess this bait and switch strategy is also used In store as well. Kelly also made promises on the monthly line cost of $65. This was a slightly better than my business account gets, and paired with the trade in credit, I decided to get the new number and plan. First bill hits, $80 a month. Kelly also stated that we could add protection coverage to just our phones for $25 / month. Bill comes and it’s actually $60/month to cover every device on the plan. Explicitly not what we wanted. I went into the store when the problem was discovered in early January. (Within the extended holiday return time). This is when I met Avant who stated that kelly never marked down the trade in, this was the reason that the credit wasn’t applied and that it was no problem and they would take care of it. He also stated that they will credit for all the other issues. He said it would take a few days, gave me his phone number and said he would reach out when it was resolved. I reached out multiple times, a couple of times I received a response, but only a couple items had been fixed, far from all the issues. Jan 15th was my last day to return all the items for a refund. I packed all my stuff up on the 13th or 14th and attempted to return everything. However, they stated that they had just gotten approval and the full credit would be applied to the account by the next day. After the deadline for return passed, they have not done a single thing to resolve the issues. I have visited the store 7 more times, every time is empty promises to fix the overcharges and billing issues. I have been calm and reasonable every time, but my patience is exhausted. Someone at the store stole my working iPhone that was traded in. Since I’m still not receiving the trade in credit, I can only assume this was intentional. In summary, the sales staff will repeatedly lie to sell you a plan and act as if the issue is being resolved, but you will only see the drastically inflated bill 1-2 months later and they will not actually fix the issues."
