"The staff is so kind. Always with a positive attitude. Doc Kelly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting area is comfortable and soothing with interesting reading materials. I received a neck pillow with instructions on how to use it. Let me just say that the pillow is great. I have a lower back injury so I've been using the pillow in my lumbar region when I'm sitting during the day. It gives me just the right amount of support without being too hard or too soft. At night I place it between my knees to help distribute my hips, as I'm a side sleeper. I awoke with less pain in my lower back. I highly recommend this pillow. The shape is unique. My husband refers to it as my 'neck bone' because of it's shape how it fits perfectly under your neck when you are in a prone position. I like how the pillow isn't too bulky or too flimsy. but has the perfect amount of support."
