"For the price and location you can't go wrong. The rooms are clean. We stayed in Room 6 which was a little strange because it had what looked like maybe a pond or imitation lava tube behind glass that had seen better days. If you want sleek and updated this is not your place. If you want clean, comfy beds and fabulous location this is for you."

"Aloha Crater Lodge is FANTASTIC !!! I stayed in the Orchid Room for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Such a wonderfully decorated room that was obviously crafted with tons of love and felt like a home away from home. Super clean, super comfortable, super close to Volcano Natl' Park and yummy places to eat. The room comes with complimentary fresh fruits, snacks and everything you need to have a nice and relaxing time. On a side note, I accidentally forgot a prized necklace when I checked out and the owners really went out of their way to make sure I got it back. Great place, great people, great room = fantastic experience :)"
