Summer, who works in the same office as Dexter, said she may be able to help me with my situation. She went out of her way from her busy schedule and was able to repair one of my hearing aids. "Dexter Ross was so adamant and very forceful of not having my husband return miracle ear after three days. Background noise disturbed him. He is a senior citizen with dementia which I explained to Dexter. He use this situation to his advantage. Being that we are on Maui he scheduled an appointment after 30 days. Now we are harassed with Power Pay. I put down $1,000 of our good faith money returned item and are still being harassed"
