"Stayed here (Kona Hotel) often in the 90s when the Inaba family owned and managed it. A great lodging if you want a taste of 1930s plantation hotel Hawaii. Otherwise stay somewhere else if you want modern amenities etc. Recent building upgrade: new pink paint."
