"Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, kind and communicative hosts, and fabulous breakfast. Close enough to Kona without being amongst busy beach resorts. The road leading to it is rather jungle like, but Elaine and Wayne gave clear directions that put me at ease. This is a very relaxing place to stay."

"Even their smallest room is very spacious and has a private bathroom down the hall. The hosts are lovely and breakfast features fruit, coffee, and macadamia nuts grown on their farm! The view from the deck is amazing - great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our hosts are kind and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and roomy. Great views from the lanai (deck). Daily breakfasts are wonderful with fruits galore and house grown coffee. The road leading to the house is a little tricky, but you get used to it. They have beach gear, coolers, and other things you can borrow."

"The room was very comfy and the shared bathroom was clean and I had everything what I needed. The bed was very comfy and I sleeped really good. I really loved the selfmade breakfast every morning with fresh fruits from the garden. I got something different every day. The view from the balcony was marvelous! Kurt was very nice and shared a lot of tips for nice markets and snorkeling spots. I could also borrow snorkeling gear and a cooling box. As I stayed more than 3 days I could also use the laundary service. The drive down to the hotel is a bit adventourus. So make sure to arrive during daylight when driving down there the first time. I got good instructions from Kurt so I had no problems with finding my way. I had a normal car and it was fine to drive but I had to drive very slow, I guess a Jeep would be a better option. I would definitely come back to this place again and again!"
