"Once arriving at this location, we found poorly painted. Needing updating big time. Grill was unusable, caked in crud. Pool area was nice, pool was great. Loud noises from the lower unit, woke us at 0130."

"Our studio unit was just a house away from the main road (Alii Drive). Convinient to Keahou shopping Center. Less than 5 minutes away from Kailua~Kona town proper. David, the proprietor is great and accomodating! This place is very quiet, you hear varieties of birds singing, chickens noise with a beautiful tropical surroundings. Highly recommend this private, quiet place. Absolutely will stay here a gain!"
