"We had so much fun making a lei at Haku Maui last year that we signed up for another workshop this year! It was every bit as enjoyable as it was the first time! Brit has a wonderful way of helping people understand the Hawaiian culture and the meanings behind the making and giving of lei. She is a very helpful and patient teacher, and we are always thrilled with the finished flower arrangements we have made. I highly recommend this amazing experience!!!!!!"

"Britt is outstanding, she obviously loves sharing lei making history and proving much information about the lei tradition. We made our leis using a traditional method of wrapping. All floral and fauna are locally snd organically grown. Haku Maki is adorable. The class was wonderful ."

So, a year later, I planned my trip around making sure I could attend one, and dang, what an actual honor. "We had a wonderful experience making leis with Brit at Haku Maui! She is incredibly patient, kind and accommodating! I booked this lei making workshop for the ladies in my family the day before thanksgiving and the whole experience was wonderful! Please take note, this is for ages 10 and up. The technique is too advanced for younger kids, so for good reason they are not allowed to participate in the workshop. The little one in our photo just posed with us after the workshop.
