"Nice resort, and very friendly staff. But 1 star for its timeshare vacation club.  Very aggressive and rude agents will force you to buy useless vacation packages with expensive maintenance costs (same as the regular purchase rate). When you decline the offer, they will throw you anxious weird look."

"Lovely room, friendly staff. Pools and barbecues. If you cook all your own meals, note there are no ovens/cook tops in the rooms. They can give you a hot pot type of appliance but it takes a long time to cook things like pasta. Walking distance to the Hieroglyphs and small old village ruins. Close to 2 shopping areas including an ABC Island Gourmet that has everything you need, deli bar, Poke, groceries, sunscreen etc."

"Great experience. Dropped it to four stars since the resort pass is misleading. You dont get half a day of scuba rental. You get half off. I asked management to clarify but no reply. Other than the misleading resort pass and inattentive management, great stay"

"Fantastic place. Loved everything about it. The rooms were spacious well equipped and comfortable. The AC worked brilliantly and the shower was great with detachable handle. The in unit washer dryer was a game changer. The front staff were extremely welcoming. Shout out to RJ and sam in valet for being the best!"

"Most excellent resort and location! I’m an owner so this review comes from that perspective. I booked a three week stay so was expecting a long, relaxing get away and I got it. Parking at first was a bit confusing. They let me park at the Valet desk to check-in which was easy, but then not clearly directed to the actual self-parking gate. However, you do it once and then you get it. Check-in was nice and easy. Got a nice overview of the property and activities. I got there late so I needed some provisions so I visited the insight market for two bottled waters and a soft drink. Very expensive, but very convenient. The hallway had an interesting smell. I think because the hotel is an open plan they have trouble keeping the hallways dry and clean. The hotel room was absolutely gorgeous! I had an Island View so I looked out at a courtyard and Cabanas on the beach. The location was great. Nestled in with other resorts there was everything you need within walking distance. I rented a car, but I would say if your planning on staying near the resort you could Uber or walk to wherever you need. Overall, a great stay and probably the most relaxing time I’ve had in a long time."
