"Our condo was dated and needed updates. I don't know if it represents all units. The guest bathroom sink was plugged up when we arrived and I'm sure it was at least for the previous tenants, too, because the stoppers in the sink and bathroom were both unscrewed and laying on the counter. On the upside, after we'd lived with the plugged sink for 3 days, we called. Maintenance was here with an hour and fixed the problem. There are multiple pools on the property, but not all of them are good for kids. We are traveling with three children under age 6 and went to one of the pools. To sign on the gate said quiet only. Our kids were not loud, but they are kids we were told by the people at the pool that it was a quiet area where people went to relax so the kids should be taken elsewhere. That was fine. We went to another nearby pool where they were lots of children. My point is that not all the pools are open to everyone. I've stayed at several complexes here including Wailea Elua and the Kihei Racquet Club (both are oceanfront) I would go back to those before coming here again. The location is great with easy access to Kihei and Monkey Pod within walking distance. Lots of great golf courses. The Wailea courses are great, but you can save some money and play the local public course, Maui Nui. Same grass, same climate, a par 71 Hawaii golf experience and you can get a shareable 6 round punch card for $384."
"It's very close to Wailea Shops and Wailea Beach. Walking distance about half a mile, actually. The closest way to Wailea Beach Path is through the Marriott Wailea Resort. The grounds are full of beautiful, well maintained greenery. Tennis is pretty popular, thus the name Grand Champions...lol! The condo we stayed in needed remodeling, but had ample room! It was overlooking part of the ocean."
"The view from our lanai was amazing...at all times of day. Sitting above the pickle ball courts was entertaining. This space is well maintained and comfortable!! Close to EVERYTHING!"
"Beautiful setting. Our condo was showing some age but still very nice. Kitchen was sparsely stocked."
"We had an excellent stay and we will definetely be back. Highly recommended. The only downside we had was pickleball wanting to charge is $28 per person, per day, to play while we were there. How are the facilities not included like the pool?"
