Lee’s Discount Liquor

"I just left Lee's Liquor where I purchased a few items and everything was good until I looked at my receipt after I got inside my car. Looking over my receipt I noticed I was overcharged. This actually happens alot and is very frustrating having to go back to get it adjusted to get your $ back. A few dollars every now and then adds up, sometimes I get charged multiple times for the same product. It is important to look at your receipt and in this case I should have looked before leaving store. When I went inside I went to where I got the item and took a picture of the price and told the cashier AJ ,who originally rang me up, of the mistake. AJ then advised me that he couldn't adjust the price and give me a refund of the difference because I had left the store but he could have if I had noticed it before I left the store. I really don't understand that policy or other store policies sometime because I am told different reasons at different stores. Another store told me recently they couldn't adjust prices on alcohol even though they had false advertising just like Lee's Liquor does. Most other stores recognize their mistake and return the $ they owe you. Unfortunately AJ was not willing to help me and I would give this review zero stars if possible...or negative stars! AJ should take a customer service class or find a job where he works alone because he has no skills!"

"My only complaint is that the line was super slow the night before Thanksgiving. There was only one lane open and I feel like the other worker there should've opened a second register, but Lee's always has an excellent selection of everything and I love shopping here! This one and the one on eastern and sunridge heights are my favorites because they're the closest to where I live, but every Lee's I've been to is great!"
