"Petco canceled my initial appointment on the day-of and did not offer to reschedule to another time of our convenience. I had to leave work early the next day to make their only available slot, but was running a little behind. I gave the store a courtesy call, and the operator confirmed it was no problem. When I arrived, the salon threatened to cancel again because I was 5 min late. They finally agreed to take my goldendoodle. I asked for a puppy cut, 2.5 hrs later she’s returned to me completely SHAVED from head to toe - including a razor burn that’s now red and blistered. On top of that, they charged me $140?! What a TERRIBLE experience, I will never ever take any dog to get groomed here again and would advise others the same!"
